Actively Engaging Your Franchisees

The effective management of franchisee performance is critical to the success of franchising in NZ. Franchisees are the organizations most powerful asset and motivating and engaging them will give your franchise operating strength and competitive advantage.

This interactive workshop is a discussion group which emphasises the exchange of ideas and the application of techniques and skills. Its aim is to align franchisees with franchisors, and franchisors with their business and personal goals. The ultimate objective is to ensure that all franchise members are aligned with the culture, the vision and mission of the franchise and are actively engaged working together towards powerful organisational goals. This workshop provides practical hands-on tools and solutions for franchisors to create congruent teams.
Prior to the workshop each franchisor will be given an online survey which they will circulate to their franchisees. The survey is independently run and the information is anonymous. The feedback gathered from this pre-workshop exercise will lay the foundation for the alignment workshop.
